Returned to the Sender Packages:
For packages returned to the sender, Proozy initiates refunds to the original payment method. If you believe your package was returned but hasn't been refunded, email [email protected] with the Order Number, "RTS" in the subject line, and the Tracking Number. We honor the tracking status, including packages marked as delivered but not received. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-ship orders deemed undeliverable by carriers. If you still desire the item, please place a new order.
